Job description

Missions:

- Troubleshoot with the customer network problems, windows problems, router configurations, IP-TV problems, I-phone and blackberry software issues and inquiries.

- Use applications to analyze the case.

- Covering billing dept.

- Be the link between the customer and various departments.

- Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of available tools.

- Educate the customers about new or additional services and educate the customer how to use it in best way.

- Knowledgeable of customer needs and how to satiate it.

- Handling billing complains and inquiries.

- Cross selling to the customer according to his usage for the different services.

Requirements

- Degrees: NO DIPLOMA

- Background experience: Internet troubleshooting background or IT background (if there is any ISP experience);Call center experience. (Preferable).

- Sex: Indifferent

- Language:

       English: Fluent

      Arabic: Good

- Complementary:

1- Very good communication skills. – English + Arabic (mandatory)

2- Very good customer service skills. (mandatory)

3- Good English accent. (mandatory)

4- Internet troubleshooting background or IT background (if there is any ISP experience). (mandatory)

5- Call center experience. (Preferable)

6- I-phone and blackberry experience. (Preferable)

7- VIP customer service experience. (Preferable)

8- No Specific diploma required.

Conditions

- Joining date: 01/06/2015

- Contract: CDI

- Salary: 4 200 to 4 800 AED /month
