British Council Morocco is seeking a Customer Services Assistant in Rabat to be part of the customer services team. You will be responsible for first contact representation and cross selling of all activities carried out by the office through all different methods (F2F, telephone, e-mail, post, and fax) and for delivering high quality information services to customers which meet their needs and enables the British Council achieve its objectives

Salary: 7,000 MAD gross monthly salary. The post is at grade J
