Workforce development and TVET specialists - Morocco

RTI is currently accepting expressions of interests from candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded youth workforce development program in Morocco. The project will focus on improving labor market information and intermediation, improving the employability of youth and job placement, and implementing demand-driven workforce development programming.

Workforce development and TVET specialists

Duties: Support the implementation of programs to increase youth employment. Activities may include developing links with the private sector and employers, capacity building of TVET institutions and training centers, improving the quality of training instructors, and helping upgrade vocational training curricula that address improved hard and soft skills of youth.

Minimum qualifications:

• University or advanced degree in Human Resource Management, Vocational Training, Business Administration, Economic Development, Education or related field.
• Prior experience designing and implementing TVET, workforce development, and youth employment programs.
• Prior experience in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region is necessary; prior experience in Morocco is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and French required. Strong proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in partnership management with Moroccan private sector and industry is preferred.
