Rabat American School seeks a new
Director of Operations, commencing
May 1, 2014.

This personable. energetic and knowledgeable person shall report the Director of the School, and shall assist the Director with the organization, operation and administration of the non-instructional school program. Within the limits of established policy. he/she shall make decisions involving the grounds and maintenance personnel. drivers, nursing staff and gate guards at RAS. His/her primary responsibilities shall involve the maintenance and development of all school facilities, and all transportation systems at RAS.

It is critical that this person have a Bachelors Degree or higher (background in engineering preferred), at least 3 years of prior experience in the management of both personnel and facilities, fluency in English, French and Arabic, and strong budget management skills.
