SimSim-Participation Citoyenne (herein “SimSim”) is an independent, not-for-profit association created under Moroccan law that seeks to use new technologies to enhance the ability of citizens – focusing on women and youth – to participate in the public decision making process. SimSim’s preeminent project is Nouabook.ma, a platform that seeks to enhance dialogue between citizens and their members of Parliament (MPs).
